Cristina Guijarro

Cristina GuijarroCristina Guijarro is neurologist, Doctor in Medicine by the Complutense University of Madrid, Master in Medical Director and Clinical Management by the National School of Health (ENS) and Expert in Sanitary Law and Bioethics by ENS. He works in the Neurology Service of the Virgen de la Luz Hospital (SESCAM), focusing his activity on demyelinating diseases, being principal investigator in five clinical trials and ten research projects related to them. He is currently the principal investigator of a project sponsored by the Mutua Madrileña Foundation on cognitive tele-stimulation in Multiple Sclerosis. Author of more than 30 articles and book chapters on the specialty. Member of the Research Ethics Committee of the Carlos III Health Institute of Madrid and Secretary of the Group of Humanities and History of Neurology of the Spanish Society of Neurology, whose Ethics Committee was a member.
